RISE Workshop

As we emerge from a year that required incredible amounts of agility and energy, there is an opportunity to emerge in a new way. There is possibility in the permissions we can give ourselves to reassess and engage with our lives in a new and intentional manner. In the RISE workshop, you will discover tools to assist you in gaining clarity on your priorities, releasing of guilt and self-criticism, and committing to yourself to make your life work for YOU. The change created in this workshop has the power to drastically improve your effectiveness, happiness, self-confidence and fulfillment in life. You will discover how to design your life and your environment in a way that empowers you to follow through on what’s important to you. It’s time to redefine what success looks like so that your actions and commitments support the life you are creating. RISE tools require being deliberate, intentional and up to something that truly lights you up!

BALANCE Workshop

The BALANCE workshop will help you develop and maintain habits that support productivity, work/life balance, and the tools required to implement boundaries to support these habits.

The information included is based on current research and best practices in the fields of positive psychology, emotional intelligence, productivity and resilience. Participants will examine the practices and behaviors that support efficiency and identify the self-sabotaging ones that make it harder to be productive, learn various productivity hacks to incorporate into your daily lifestyle restructure your mindset to become efficient and quick to respond in any situation, learn how to focus your mind and remove costly distractions so you make the most of your efforts, take back your time and get clarity on your priorities, and discover tools for determining appropriate boundaries and communication tips for putting them in place.

As a result of developing these skills and habits, clients report feeling a reduced sense of anxiety, overwhelm and burnout. They also share that they see a decrease in procrastination and perfectionism. All of these outcomes typically leave clients feeling more fulfilled in both their personal and professional roles.
